We unlock new feedstock volumes for bioenergy producers
feedstoq enables large-scale sustainable feedstock cultivation through contract farming. We provide farmers with seeds and financial support, ensuring a reliable generation of high-yield feedstock for biofuels and biogas production.
By leveraging data and AI, we integrate energy crops into existing farm rotations and create efficient, low-risk supply chains that benefit both farmers and bioenergy producers—without any upfront costs.
What we do
We are a physical supplier of energy crop-derived biomass and crude vegetable oils for bioenergy producers across Europe.
feedstoq enables the flexible cultivation, pre-processing, and supply of second-generation agricultural biomass and oilseed-based feedstocks.
We manage the entire value chain—from crop cultivation and pre-processing to feedstock logistics and offtake agreements with bioenergy producers.
-
We generate our feedstock through partnerships with farmers, improving productivity of their arable land and agricultural machinery.
We use AI and remote sensing to identify addressable farmlands within a defined catchment area and seamlessly integrate our energy crops into the farmers’ existing rotations without disrupting their primary cash crops and ensuring no competition with food chain.
With feedstoq, neither farmers nor bioenergy producers need to pay anything upfront. Through third-party partnerships, we provide seeds and crop establishment costs for farmers, while ensuring bioenergy producers get a reliable supply of feedstock without any initial investment.
-
Our data-driven logistics optimises the collection, aggregation, and delivery of the feedstock to bioenergy producers, reducing transportation costs and lowering greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.
-
feedstoq supplies sustainable agricultural biomass and crude vegetable oils to biogas plants and biorefineries for production of biomethane, renewable diesel (RD) and Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF).
We provide physical supplies through volumetric and term contracts, either directly or via energy traders.
Why energy crops?
We focus on cultivating sustainable, high-yield crops ideal for biogas production, such as Triticale and Sorghum, and biofuel production, such as Camelina and Carinata. By utilising crops that are both efficient and environmentally friendly, feedstoq helps bioenergy producers meet stringent sustainability targets.
Our approach integrates non-food low-input cover crops into existing crop rotations, enhancing soil health and reducing erosion, which supports long-term farm sustainability.
